Pina Colada

Pina Colada recipe variation
This smoothee keeps me satisfied from one meal to the next.

1 cup coconut milk

1/8 cup pineapple

1 tbsp organic coconut oil

2 scoops of Shaklee smoothee powder.  I alternate between 180 Vanilla, 180 Mango or Vitalizing Protein Vanilla.

To replace the protein not found in coconut milk, I sometimes add nuts or seeds.

I add lots of ice.

In the nutribullet, I blend it 30 seconds.
