Dessert for Lunch




I’ve had a very strong craving for candy the last several days.  If you’ve read some of my recent posts, you know I’m trying to lose weight.


I just drank what tasted just like a Reese’s peanut butter cup. 


I mixed two scoops of chocolate smoothee mix with a heaping tablespoon of peanut butter and a cup of nonfat milk.  I gave it 30 seconds in the blender.


I have some powdered peanut butter that has less fat, but I want to use up this jar before I open the other.

It was sinfully good!  It could be addictive!  I’m glad the leucine helps burn fat, it seems to make losing easier.
