It would be hard to follow all the advice one finds on the healthy things to eat, wouldn’t it? There’s no way I could keep fresh foods of the variety various sources recommend. I couldn’t eat it fast enough to keep it from going bad, I couldn’t buy small enough quantities to keep it from going bad, and I doubt I’d get to the store often enough to have fresh supplies. It would mean putting a lot more thought into meals than I do now! And it would mean hours and hours and days and weeks and months…. researching, comparing, sifting fact from fiction.
Fortunately, there are people who do spend the time, and also take the time to share.
I hear over and over again that prevention is the best medicine. And I know there are people who swear by this or that vitamin or mineral found in food to slow, reverse, or cure disease.
